Enamine_get_compound (Type: EnamineTool)#

DEPRECATED / non-functional (verified 2026-11-01): the Enamine Store API this tool calls has been…

Enamine_get_compound tool specification

Tool Information:

  • Name: Enamine_get_compound

  • Type: EnamineTool

  • Description: DEPRECATED / non-functional (verified 2026-11-01): the Enamine Store API this tool calls has been withdrawn. https://new.enaminestore.com/api/… now 302-redirects to https://enaminestore.com/api/…, which answers 404 for every path (catalog/search, catalog/compound/{id}, catalog/structure-search, libraries); the store front-end is a Next.js app that exposes no documented public API, and https://enamine.net/api/ is an unrelated Joomla endpoint. Every call therefore returns an error. For Enamine’s catalogue use PubChem, which holds 5,199,802 Enamine substances as a depositor source: PubChem_get_CID_by_compound_name with the catalog number as ‘name’ (EN300-00002 resolves to CID 220107) and PubChem_get_substances_by_source with source=’Enamine’. Get compound details by Enamine ID when the Enamine Store API is available. If upstream retrieval fails, returns an explicit error and never substitutes a guessed web URL for compound data.

Parameters:

  • operation (string) (optional) No description

  • enamine_id (string) (required) Enamine compound ID (e.g., Z1234567890)

Example Usage:

query = {
    "name": "Enamine_get_compound",
    "arguments": {
        "enamine_id": "example_value"
    }
}
result = tu.run(query)

Enamine_get_libraries (Type: EnamineTool)#

Enamine_get_libraries tool specification

Tool Information:

  • Name: Enamine_get_libraries

Retrieve the live Enamine library catalog when its Store API is available. If upstream is unavailable, returns an explicit error rather than presenting hard-coded marketing copy as retrieved data.

Parameters:

  • operation (string) (optional) No description

Example Usage:

query = {
    "name": "Enamine_get_libraries",
    "arguments": {
    }
}
result = tu.run(query)

Enamine_search_catalog (Type: EnamineTool)#

Enamine_search_catalog tool specification

Tool Information:

  • Name: Enamine_search_catalog

  • Type: EnamineTool

  • Description: DEPRECATED / non-functional (verified 2026-11-01): the Enamine Store API this tool calls has been withdrawn. https://new.enaminestore.com/api/… now 302-redirects to https://enaminestore.com/api/…, which answers 404 for every path (catalog/search, catalog/compound/{id}, catalog/structure-search, libraries); the store front-end is a Next.js app that exposes no documented public API, and https://enamine.net/api/ is an unrelated Joomla endpoint. Search Enamine compound catalog by keyword or name when the Enamine Store API is available. The tool returns an explicit error rather than a successful empty result when the upstream endpoint is unavailable. JSON payloads support local limit/offset pagination, with metadata warning that upstream global completeness is undocumented.

Parameters:

  • operation (string) (optional) No description

  • query (string) (required) Search query - compound name or keyword

  • catalog (string) (optional) Catalog: REAL (make-on-demand), BB (building blocks), SCR (screening), all (default: all)

  • limit (integer) (optional) Maximum records from the returned API payload.

  • offset (integer) (optional) Zero-based offset within the returned API payload.

Example Usage:

query = {
    "name": "Enamine_search_catalog",
    "arguments": {
        "query": "example_value"
    }
}
result = tu.run(query)

Enamine_search_smiles (Type: EnamineTool)#

Search Enamine by chemical structure (SMILES) when the Enamine Store API is available. Returns an explicit error rather than a successful empty result when upstream is unavailable. JSON payloads support local limit/offset pagination with unknown upstream completeness.

Parameters:

  • operation (string) (optional) No description

  • smiles (string) (required) SMILES string for the query compound

  • search_type (string) (optional) Search type: exact, substructure, similarity (default: similarity)

  • limit (integer) (optional) Maximum records from the returned API payload.

  • offset (integer) (optional) Zero-based offset within the returned API payload.

Example Usage:

query = {
    "name": "Enamine_search_smiles",
    "arguments": {
        "smiles": "example_value"
    }
}
result = tu.run(query)
