Get disease annotations from MyDisease.info. Large CTD chemical/pathway and HPO phenotype arrays …
MyDisease_get_disease tool specification
Tool Information:
Name:
MyDisease_get_diseaseType:
MyDiseaseToolDescription: Get disease annotations from MyDisease.info. Large CTD chemical/pathway and HPO phenotype arrays are locally paginated with annotation_limit/annotation_offset; each section reports total, returned, has_more, and next_offset so all upstream annotations are reachable.
Parameters:
disease_id(string) (required) Disease identifier. Supports MONDO IDs (e.g., ‘MONDO:0005148’ for T2DM), DOID IDs (e.g., ‘DOID:9352’), OMIM IDs (e.g., ‘OMIM:125853’), or MESH IDs (e.g., ‘MESH:D003924’). MONDO IDs provide the most comprehensive results.fields(string) (optional) Comma-separated list of data fields to return. Options: ‘mondo’, ‘disease_ontology’, ‘ctd’, ‘hpo’, ‘disgenet’, ‘all’. Default: ‘mondo,disease_ontology,ctd,hpo’. Use ‘all’ for complete data.annotation_limit(integer) (optional) Maximum entries returned from each CTD/HPO annotation array.annotation_offset(integer) (optional) Zero-based offset applied to CTD/HPO annotation arrays; follow each section’s next_offset.
Example Usage:
query = {
"name": "MyDisease_get_disease",
"arguments": {
"disease_id": "example_value"
}
}
result = tu.run(query)
MyDisease_search_diseases (Type: MyDiseaseTool)#
Search diseases in MyDisease.info. Use the zero-based start offset and next_start while has_more …
MyDisease_search_diseases tool specification
Tool Information:
Name:
MyDisease_search_diseasesType:
MyDiseaseToolDescription: Search diseases in MyDisease.info. Use the zero-based start offset and next_start while has_more is true to retrieve all BioThings hits.
Parameters:
query(string) (required) Search query. Can be disease name (e.g., ‘breast cancer’, ‘melanoma’, ‘diabetes’), gene symbol (e.g., ‘BRCA1’), or ontology term. Supports boolean operators: AND, OR, NOT.size(integer) (optional) Maximum number of results to return (default 10, max 100).start(integer) (optional) Zero-based search offset, forwarded to BioThings as from.fields(string) (optional) Comma-separated list of fields to include in results. Default: ‘mondo.label,disease_ontology.name,disease_ontology.doid,hpo.disease_name’. Use ‘all’ for everything.
Example Usage:
query = {
"name": "MyDisease_search_diseases",
"arguments": {
"query": "example_value"
}
}
result = tu.run(query)
